New York Times bestselling author Caitlin Rother, of San Diego, will read and sign her controversial true crime thriller Lost Girls.

Lost Girls describes the desperate search for two San Diego County lost innocents, Chelsea King and Amber Dubois. The search ultimately led authorities to a brutal predator hiding in plain sight — John Albert Gardner, a convicted sex offender. Rother delivers an incisive and heartbreaking true-life thriller about a case that galvanized the community, first by grief and goodwill, then by anger and injustice. And she considers the ways the case will forever change how we keep our children safe.

Lost Girls and several of Caitlin’s other books will be available for sale and signing by the author.

The Café opens at 5:30 p.m. For those who’d like to dine, there’s a special bistro supper menu. Call the Café for reservations: 760-728-3350.
